Return requests must be completed within 7 days of package arrival to receive a full store credit minus shipping costs. Items that are eligible for a return must not be washed, worn, or damaged, and must be returned in the original Savonches packaging. Items that were sold with an original branded box or dustbag must be returned with this packaging. EU Right of Withdrawal:
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their package, without providing any justification. To exercise this right, withdrawal requests must be initiated through our designated electronic withdrawal function or by contacting our team within the 14-day cooling-off period. Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, complete with the original Savonches packaging, branded boxes, or dustbags. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs associated with the withdrawal. Certain items, such as custom-made or clearly personalized goods, are exempt from this policy. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a partial refund or refusal of the withdrawal request.
