Authentication

All items are authenticated in hand by our expert team who inspect the item for quality, craftsmanship, details and more.

Entrupy certification is available for an additional cost on select accessories and leather goods. Please email support@savonches.com to inquire about receiving an Entrupy certification with your purchase.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground (2-4 Business Day). Priority shipping methods are available at checkout. Once an order has been placed, please allow us a 1-2day processing period to ensure that the transaction is accepted.

Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be completed within 7 days of package arrival to receive a full store credit minus shipping costs. Items that are eligible for a return must not be washed, worn, or damaged, and must be returned in the original Savonches packaging. Items that were sold with an original branded box or dustbag must be returned with this packaging. Return requests that do not meet the stated conditions may be subject to a partial refund or the refusal of a refund. Please review our detailed item descriptions prior to completing your purchase.
