Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain how the promotion works, including eligibility, reward details, and important guidelines for using your reward. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the following:

  • Promotion Period

    • Runs on the second weekend of each calendar month (Friday – Sunday).

  • Eligibility

    • Open to all customers with a valid email address and name attached to their order.

    • Only one reward per customer per Promotion Period.

    • The total amount spent across all orders placed during the Promotion Period, grouped by the customer’s email address, will determine eligibility.

  • Offer Details

    • Spend $500+ → Receive $50 gift card

    • Spend $1,000+ → Receive $150 gift card

    • Spend $2,500+ → Receive $500 gift card

    • Customers qualify for the highest eligible tier only (no stacking of rewards).

    • The total amount spent across all orders during the Promotion Period, grouped by email, determines the reward tier.

  • Issuance of Gift Card

    • Gift card will be issued via email 14 days after the Promotion Period ends.

    • Customers should check spam/junk folders if the email is not received.

    • The email will be sent from savonchesshop@gmail.com. Please add this address to your safe sender list.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring their order has a valid email address and name.

  • Use of Gift Card

    • Gift card expires 5 days after issuance.

    • Can be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.

  • Returns & Cancellations

    • If items are returned or an order is canceled, causing the order total to fall below the qualifying threshold, the store credit will be voided.

    • If the credit has already been used, the equivalent value may be deducted from any refund issued.

    • This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

    • The store reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.

    • Fraudulent or abusive activity will result in disqualification.
